All Orders are subject to acceptance by Touch of Venus Jewellery.

Prices are quoted in EURO.

Please note that all prices on this Website are for on-line purchases only and may differ in-store.

It is safe and easy to place the order. Please put an item in the basket. When you complete your order, choose delivery and payment.

 

You can log in, register or order without an account.

The order will be dispatched as soon as the product is made and the payment is received.

​

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

After placing an Order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received Your Order. Please note that this does not mean that Your Order has been accepted. Your Order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product.

All Orders are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm such acceptance by emailing you confirmation of shipping.

You may cancel a contract and obtain a refund by notifying us in writing at info@touchofvenusjewellery.com and returning the goods as set out in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Engraving

On the special request we also offer Engraving at the extra charge in the amount of €20.00 for some products and this information is available on the Product Page with engraving offer.

The secure payment method is PayPal. and Debit or Credit Card through Stripe.

You do not have be registered with PayPal to make the payment. There is also available option to Pay with a Bank Account or Pay with Debit or Credit Card.

Touch of Venus Jewellery delivers Worldwide and offers shipping provided by An-Post Ireland Postal Service.

 

The delivery methods and costs shown on this website apply to the Republic of Ireland An-Post Postal Service.  Please email us here in Ireland at info@touchofvenusjewellery.com for further details.

If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside Ireland your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them.

Our shipping rate for Registered Post in Ireland / Northern Ireland is €9.50 for orders up to the value €150.00.

​We offer FREE shipping by Registered Post within Ireland for orders in the amount of €150.00 and over.

​

All orders are sent by Registered Post via An Post from April 2022 and must be signed for delivery.

 

The tracking number provided by An Post will be sent by e-mail once your order has been fully completed, shipped.

Our shipping rate for Registered Post for all the orders up to €150.00 in Ireland & Northern Ireland is €9.50, and €20.00 in United Kingdom.

​​Please note that jewellery products purchased from our website are customized for Touch of Venus Jewellery and they have to be made to order. As our collections are handmade, the production of our pieces might take up to 7-21 working days depending on the piece design plus 2-4 days for delivery. We will email to confirm the expected delivery date.

If ordered jewellery pieces are in the stock, the jewellery orders will go out within 1-4 days unless the item is sold out / out of stock or has to be made to order, or engraving has been requested in which case we will email to let you know the expected delivery date.

Once the order has been completed and dispatched we will email to let you know the expected delivery date.

​​If ordered jewellery pieces are in the stock it usually takes to reach an address:

1-3 days in Ireland & Northern Ireland,

3-5 days in UK,

7-14 days in European Union

and 10+ days in Rest of the world.

​Please note that the delivery might take longer for those products which are sold out / out of stock or have to be made, and we will email to let you know the expected delivery date.

​All jewellery orders up to €150.00 are sent by Registered Post via An Post from April 2022 and must be signed for delivery. The tracking number provided by An Post will be sent by e-mail once your order has been fully completed, shipped.

We offer FREE shipping by Registered Post within Ireland for orders in the amount of €150.00 and over.

​

​Our shipping rate for Registered Post for all the orders up to €150.00 in Ireland & Northern Ireland is €9.50, and €20.00 in United Kingdom.

Please note that all other Worldwide orders are sent by Registered Post at the Shipping Flat Rate in the amount of €25.00 as they must be signed for delivery.​
